Our Mission
To care for every dog like a family, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and return home happy and healthy.
Meet Debbie
Debbie Inglis has spent her life working with dogs.
Growing up in a military family, she moved often and wasn’t able to have pets of her own. Instead, she found ways to be around them, knocking on neighbors’ doors and offering to walk their dogs simply because she loved being with them.
That passion carried into adulthood, where she began rescuing dogs and eventually pursued her dream of owning a German Shepherd. Her search for a healthy, well-tempered dog led her all the way to Germany, long before the internet, where she connected with a breeder through letters and determination alone. Training her own dog quickly turned into helping others. What started as obedience classes grew into private training, and eventually boarding for clients who trusted her with their pets.
In 1989, Inglis Pet Hotel was established. Today, that same foundation remains, experience, attention to detail, and genuine care for every dog that walks through the door.
Debbie is not only a lifelong dog professional, but also a mother, a wife, and someone who understands how much dogs are truly part of the family.
She has loved dogs from an early age, and that connection continues to guide everything she does today.
Her philosophy is simple: the most important thing is that your dog is happy.
When a dog feels comfortable, isn’t stressed, and is eating well, you know they’re in a good place. And when your dog is happy, so are we.
